Kaplan University Second Life Island "Code of Conduct"
Students, faculty and administrators should use the current Kaplan University code of conduct to govern their Avatar behavior and appearance on the Kaplan University College of Arts and Sciences Second Life Island as well as on the Second Life Main Island and in other virtual worlds where they would use the same identifier.
Students are bound by the current Kaplan University code of conduct and will be held to those standards. Faculty and administrators will comply with the current Academic Policies and Administrative Procedures Manual, and Kaplan employees with The Washington Post Company Code of Business Conduct.
Use of Kaplan University's College of Arts and Sciences Second Life Island will be administered in-line with existing company policies and procedures. In summary:
Administrators of the College of Arts and Sciences Second Life Island will take appropriate steps to deal with inappropriate behavior on the island campus. These steps vary from warnings to banishment from the island by denying access.
